Meet Deborah Georgetta McCrae, Broker, AREP, QSC 

I, Deborah Georgetta McCrae am a North Carolina native, born in Durham, NC. I am a graduate of East Carolina University with post graduate studies undertaken at North Carolina State University. I reside in Wake Forest and remain a member of my childhood Church, White Rock Baptist Church in Durham. 

Prior to entering real estate I worked as an Adult Probation Parole Officer with the Department of Corrections; Juvenile Justice Expert with the Governor's Crime Commission; Automobile Claims Adjustor with State Farm Insurance Company; Market Conduct Analyst with the Department of Insurance; Emergency Shelter Grants Program Coordinator with the Department of Natural Resources & Economic Development, and Managed Care Specialist with the Department of Health & Human Services (formerly the Department of Human Resources).

Licensed in 1999, I have 10 years of successful residential and commercial real estate experience always achieving Top Producer level, and in 2005 achieved the International President’s Elite Award, which was the second highest level one could earn in the Coldwell Banker network. 

In 2006 I took a leap of faith and opened my own real estate company – World Properties International – McCrae Realty LLC. My goal is to make your move as smooth and hassle free as possible. It is my philosophy to always conduct my business with honesty and integrity, and to provide my clients with exceptional service. My pledge to you is to listen and together we can obtain what is desired. I value the trust my clients have placed in me.
